Indeed, Gary Phillips and I were in the process of approaching Ms. Butler with an invitation to join Gar Anthony Williams, Tananarive Due, Steve Barnes, Eric Dickey and a many more authors in our project The Darker Mask, a combination of prose and graphic novel elements showcasing stories of suspense and heroes.
